According to CREB forecast, sales activity in Chestermere slowed in 2015 from the record 2014 levels, yet remained well above long-term averages. Chestermere’s annual benchmark price increased year-over-year by 5.71 per cent to $488,142 in 2015. Despite some monthly declines in sales, prices remained relatively flat throughout the year.
